Position: CAM Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
* Create 3D models.

* Develop & Optimise CNC programs for VMC and 5-axis machining centers.

* Design machining fixtures, workholding systems, and special tooling.

* Optimise machining cycle time, tool life, and component quality.

* Support shop-floor machining, setup, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

* Solid knowledge of 3D, surface modeling Surfaces Modeling, Part Assembly, Drafting & engineering drawings.

* Experience in 4-axis, 3+2-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis CNC programming.

* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Topsolid, Solidworks, Siemens NX, PowerMill, or hyperMILL.

* Deep understanding of Simultaneous 5-axis (continuous multi-axis interpolation for contours, Swarf(Milling ) versus 3+2 Positional Indexing (fixed angular orientations for multi-face drilling and pocketing)

* Understanding of cutting tools, machining strategies, GD&T;, and fixture design.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
