Role: Business Development Manager

Experience: 3-5 Years

CTC: Upto 6 lpa

Criteria

- Experience in B2B business development, ed-tech, corporate sales, corporate training, or Learning & Development.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to connect with corporate decision-makers and develop new partnerships.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and converting leads.
- Experience with CSR projects, training partnerships, or corporate tie-ups is a plus.

Preferred: Existing corporate connections and experience in CSR projects, training partnerships, or corporate tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and develop recent corporate training opportunities.
- Corporate Relationships: Build connections with decision-makers and maintain relationships through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Partnerships & CSR: Explore strategic partnerships, joint ventures, corporate tie-ups, and CSR-funded training projects.
- Lead Conversion:



Follow up with prospective clients, understand their needs, present relevant solutions, and convert opportunities into business.
- Market Research: Explore new industries, markets, and opportunities for expansion.
- Campaign Coordination: Work with the social media team on business development campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Track prospects, follow-ups, opportunities, and progress against business development targets.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth handover after a partnership or training engagement is confirmed.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
