JD For SR Executive Purchase

 Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop

relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.

 Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate the best pricing,

delivery terms, and service agreements without

compromising quality

 Procurement Execution: Manage the complete purchasing

cycle, from generating Purchase Orders (POs) to tracking

deliveries and resolving discrepancies.

 Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent

shortages or overstocking, and coordinate with

warehouse teams for material storage

 Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in internal

databases and prepare regular reports on purchasing

costs and market trends.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside production,

supply chain, and finance departments to facilitate

smooth invoicing and payment processing.

 Knowledge of ERP System.

 Knowledge of Capex and Opex Items of API and Chemical

Industries

 Knowledge of Solvents organics and inorganic

chemicals.

Profiency in Computer application

Pay: ₹9,625.68 - ₹37,265.86 per month
