We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains and enable delivery at scale.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate PI Planning and all ART-level ceremonies
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on SAFe practices
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Collaborate with Product Management and System Architects
- Track ART performance metrics and improvement initiatives
- Enable alignment between business, technology, and delivery teams

Required Skills

- Strong experience as an RTE or senior Agile leader
- Hands-on experience with Protected implementation
- Facilitation of large-scale planning and coordination events
- Solid stakeholder and leadership skills
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments
