Center Manager

Company: Xpert Safety Solution Private Limited

We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and experienced Center Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of our training center.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage training operations and staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily training center operations.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate the center team.
- Manage training center administration and overall operations.
- Handle student enrollment, registration, and attendance.
- Coordinate with trainers, staff, and placement teams.
- Monitor student attendance, training progress, and discipline.
- Maintain training records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Maintain student enrollment, training, and placement records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily activities and center performance.
- Ensure discipline, efficiency,



and smooth workflow.
- Support training and placement activities.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and center growth.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in center management, operations, administration, skill development, or education.
- Previous experience in training center management will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of training documentation and MIS reporting is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with trainers, staff, students, and management.
