E-Commerce Intern – Special You

About the Role

Special You is looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to support our marketplace team. You will get hands-on exposure to how online selling works across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and updating product listings, images, and content on marketplaces
- Help monitor daily orders, shipments, cancellations, and returns
- Support inventory updates to keep stock accurate across channels
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
- Track competitor pricing and market trends
- Help prepare daily and weekly sales and operations reports
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
- Assist in resolving customer queries and marketplace issues

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field




- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Good to have

- Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Myntra Partner Portal
- Interest in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle products
