We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations in a quick-paced, 24×7 working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Manage employee performance, appraisals, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain employee records and drive retention and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate HR operations across rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in BPO, travel, or service industries.




- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce in a 24×7 operational setup.
