Job Description – Patient Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and hospital services.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and cost estimates to patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams regarding patient requirements.
- Follow up with patients and support treatment conversions.
- Handle patient queries and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain patient counselling records and follow-up reports.

Required Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, and counselling skills. Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.

Location: Tiruppur
Qualification: Any Degree; candidates with healthcare or hospital administration backgrounds preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in patient counselling, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
