Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily hiring activities to meet the Delivery Associate manpower requirements at PVRD, TKQA and ERSD.

- Source candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, job portals, social media and recruitment advertisements.

- Identify suitable candidates in delivery catchment areas and conduct initial screening for availability, location suitability, vehicle access and role expectations.

- Explain job responsibilities, delivery process expectations, payout structure and applicable work conditions clearly to candidates.

- Coordinate document collection, verification, onboarding formalities, training and deployment with the respective station teams.

- Maintain a daily recruitment tracker covering leads, calls, walk-ins, interviews, selections, onboarding, joining and dropouts.

- Follow up with selected candidates until they report for duty and support early-stage retention through regular engagement.

- Work closely with Hub Managers and Operations teams to understand manpower gaps, route requirements and daily deployment plans.





- Ensure that recruited Delivery Associates are onboarded under the company’s approved process and are managed in line with Whizzard/Mahindra Logistics standards and operational expectations.

- Share daily and weekly hiring updates, challenges, market feedback and action plans with the reporting manager.

- Support recruitment drives and manpower requirements at other assigned Kerala stations whenever required.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Minimum Plus Two; graduates are preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, delivery associate hiring, manpower sourcing or frontline staffing is preferred.

Candidates with strong field-level sourcing ability may also be considered.

- Skills: Valuable communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage with local communities; follow-up and coordination skills; basic MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphone usage.

- Mobility: Willingness to travel to assigned stations and conduct regular field visits.

- Languages: Malayalam required; basic English communication is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
