- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and billing.
- Manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and warehouse teams.
- Verify product quantities, pricing, and customer details before billing.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, invoice copies, and transportation documents.
- Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, dispatch issues, and documentation errors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, stores, and logistics departments.
- Update and maintain billing and dispatch transactions in ERP/software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
