Telecalling -Executive - Telugu

Job Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Communicate with customers in Telugu and understand their business requirements.
- Identify customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
- Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation targets.
- Update daily productivity reports in CRM.
- Convert potential enquiries into business opportunities.

Required Skills :

- Fluent in speaking Telugu.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
