Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the canteen, ensuring food quality, hygiene, timely service, staff coordination and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily canteen operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor food preparation, quality, taste and serving standards.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage and monitor canteen staff, including cooks, helpers and serving personnel.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of groceries, vegetables and other food materials.
- Monitor food stock, inventory, consumption and wastage.
- Ensure food is served on time and in accordance with the prescribed menu.
- Handle employee feedback, complaints and food-related concerns.
- Maintain daily records of food consumption, expenses, stock and billing.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor canteen expenses and control operational costs.




- Coordinate with the Admin team for smooth canteen operations.

Required Skills

- Good supervisory and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
- Inventory and vendor management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Basic computer knowledge and MIS reporting.
- Accommodate to work in 7am to 7pm shift.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in managing corporate canteens, institutional cafeterias or industrial kitchens.

· Free food will be provided during the shift time – 7am to 7pm.

- Knowledge of bulk food preparation and catering operations.
- Experience handling multiple canteen staff and food service operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
