About R Quest
R Quest is a 3D studio run by a core team of five artists. We create Blender-based 3D content for brands, agencies and creators, and we work with freelancers on realistic deadlines and fair, on-time pay.

What you'll do
- Create 3D character animation and camera animation for client projects
- Handle the production workflow: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation and rendering
- Deliver work to the brief, incorporate feedback and meet agreed deadlines
- Follow the studio's file structure and handoff checklist

What we're looking for
- Solid command of 3D character animation
- Solid camera animation and cinematography skills
- Proficiency in Blender (Cycles / Eevee) and a complete 3D production workflow
- A portfolio that shows the above
- Reliable and detail-oriented, with good communication
