Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective parents and students through outbound calls.

• Conduct video counselling/demo sessions to explain Bhanzu's programs.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions

.• Build solid customer relationships and guide prospects through the enrollment process.

• Follow up with leads and referrals to maximize conversions.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.





• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (Mandatory)

Must not be pursuing any degree/course currently

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Comfortable with outbound calling and video counselling sessions

Must have a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills

Immediate joiners preferred
