Key Responsibilities:
- Drive state-level business growth, partnerships and expansion.
- Lead teams and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Build relationships with schools, government bodies and institutions.
- Drive revenue, enrolment and business targets.
- Oversee teacher training and B2B school programme implementation.

What We're Looking For:
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Operations or Education Programme Management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Education / EdTech / Skill Development sector.
- Excellent networking, communication and business development abilities.
