CLIENT: Market leader in energy efficient air technology and HVAC solutions , primarily catering to Hyperscalers and Data Centers for cutting-edge cooling technology.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Oversee end-to-end Engineering-to-Order (ETO) lifecycle for Electric's cooling solutions (Coolant Distribution Unit), driving project planning, technical execution, resource coordination, and on-time delivery while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.

KEY DRIVERS :

- Perform thermal load calculations, heat balance, flow calculations, pressure-drop analysis and hydraulic sizing for CDU and associated cooling systems.
- Evaluate cooling requirements based on customer specifications, operating conditions, flow rates, inlet/outlet temperatures and system pressure requirements.
- Select and size plate heat exchangers and other suitable heat transfer equipment based on thermal performance, pressure drop, efficiency, footprint and lifecycle cost.
- Design and optimise pumping systems, piping networks, valves, filters, strainers, instrumentation and other hydraulic components.




- Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements, provide technical support for product-related queries, and ensure customer needs are effectively translated into engineering solutions..

INCUMBENT PROFILE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering with 8 years of experience in HVAC, liquid cooling, Data Centre cooling, hydronic systems, or thermal management.
- Experience with CDU systems, chilled water systems, heat exchangers, pumps, and piping design.
