Solid US-Client Accounting Profile from an outsourced/KPO or accounting-firm background, owning the client relationship and the full close.

CA , M.com , MBA in finance only eligible.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of accounting experience, including supporting US clients under US GAAP in an outsourced accounting, KPO or public accounting environment

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have worked at an accounting firm serving multiple clients at once (not a single in-house employer), owning the client relationship as primary point of contact and closing the books themselves

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have independently run end-to-end monthly close (bank/credit card reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, deferred revenue, intercompany entries), reconciled all balance sheet accounts with supporting schedules, supported multi-entity and consolidated reporting with intercompany eliminations where applicable, and prepared monthly financial packages (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, budget-to-actual with commentary)

Mandatory (Tech skill 1):



Must have expert-level hands-on QuickBooks Online skills (QBO ProAdvisor certification preferred; Xero or NetSuite a plus)

Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have hands-on experience with US payroll platforms (Gusto/Rippling/Justworks) and AP/AR and expense tools (Bill.com/Ramp/Brex/Melio/Expensify)

Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong working knowledge of US GAAP for SMBs (accrual accounting, revenue recognition, prepaid/accrual schedules) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, reconciliation workbooks)

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have experience supporting year-end processes (PBC schedules, US tax preparers, auditors, 1099 filings) and driving process improvement (documenting processes, improving close checklists, close automation and standardization)

Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent spoken and written English, comfortable communicating directly with US founders and finance leads as the client-facing point of contact

Mandatory (Education): Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Inter, CPA, or MBA (Finance)/M.Com with equivalent experience
