Role Description The Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes to support Kheewa Incorporation's growth. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience.



This role also involves collaborating with leadership to understand hiring needs, refining job descriptions, and contributing to recruitment best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications

- Robust skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, maintain organized candidate pipelines, and meet hiring timelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and partnering with hiring managers.
- Comfort working with digital tools such as applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, fair hiring standards, and non-discriminatory selection processes.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
