Job Description

- Work directly with the CEO on strategic planning and business priorities.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor business performance and track strategic KPIs across functions.
- Drive management reviews, business insights, and performance reporting.

The Successful Applicant

- Chartered Accountant preferred; MBA from a reputed institution is an added advantage.




- 4-7 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, CEO's Office, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Business Planning, or Consulting.
- Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Financial Services, or Consulting firms.
- Solid analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
