Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising construction work, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, supporting civil engineering design implementation, monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, and assisting in planning, scheduling, and progress reporting. The role also involves liaising with clients and consultants, resolving site-level technical issues, and preparing basic documentation such as site reports, measurements, and compliance records.
Qualifications





- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for interpreting drawings, applying technical standards, and supporting structural and infrastructure works.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers with responsibility for supervising site execution, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
- Planning skills for organizing site activities, scheduling work, managing resources, and tracking progress against project milestones.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management for designing or implementing drainage solutions and mitigating site-level water-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with site staff, contractors, and consultants.
- Basic proficiency in relevant civil engineering software and MS Office for reports, calculations, and documentation.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all site safety protocols and regulations.
