• Building channel programs and ensuring on-ground adoption

• Creating processes, systems, and operating rhythms for scale

• Driving business outcomes, including revenue and P&L-linked; priorities, for identified segments/verticals

We are looking for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, growth, category management, or high-impact program management roles.

Preferred profile:

• Top-tier MBA with a strong engineering/technical undergraduate background

• Strong problem-solving and structured-thinking capability

• Ability to move from strategy to execution and own outcomes

• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, rapid-paced environment

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills

This is an opportunity to work on meaningful business problems at scale, while having real ownership of both the decisions and the outcomes.
