Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Quality Assurance Analyst role is based in Vadodara. The analyst will review, validate, and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and reports, ensuring consistency with defined quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual data checks, executing and documenting test cases, identifying data anomalies or gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The role also involves preparing quality reports,



supporting root cause analysis, and recommending process improvements to enhance data integrity and reliability. The analyst will follow established QA procedures while contributing to continuous refinement of data quality frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets for quality and consistency.
- Candidates should possess expertise in quality assurance and quality control practices related to data and reporting.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in manual testing and executing well-defined test cases for data validation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to document findings and processes clearly.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a data quality, QA, or data operations role within a global or outsourcing setting is an advantage.
