Role : Procurement Executive

Location : Bangalore

Reporting To : Purchase Manager

Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Role Summary

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase-related data, creating timely purchase orders based on stock requirements, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth material flow. The role requires strong data handling skills, numerical accuracy, and close follow up on POs and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage purchase-related data including vendor details, purchase history, lead times, and pricing

Create Purchase Orders (POs) on time based on stock status, consumption trends, and requirements

Coordinate with vendors to track pending POs and ensure timely delivery of materials

Short-close POs in coordination with vendors and internal teams when materials will not be delivered

Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders, purchase invoices, credit notes, and material rejections





Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase documentation and records

Support internal teams with purchase-related data and reports

Experience & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement Operations, or Supply Chain roles

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field

Experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets/V look ups

Good understanding of formulas and data handling

Robust numerical and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good follow-up and vendor coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
