About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Intern to assist with daily operational workflows. This

position is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a rapid-paced business

environment while developing valuable relationship-building skills through direct

stakeholder interactions

Key Responsibilities

● Correspondence & Emailing: Draft and organize internal and external emails, ensuring

professional formatting and clear messaging.

● Data Handling: Perform basic data entry, update spreadsheets, and organize

information accurately using Microsoft Excel.

● Document Preparation: Create, format, and edit, reports, and general documentation

using Microsoft Word.

● Email Follow-ups: Proactively track sent correspondence and send timely, reminders

for pending replies or information

● Document Management: Create, edit, and maintain standard templates,



forms, and

general team documentation to keep files organized

Qualifications & Skills

● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. You should feel

comfortable speaking with team members and drafting professional text.

● Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (entering data, simple

formatting) and Microsoft Word (creating and structuring documents).

● Attention to Detail: Ability to proofread your own work, especially when drafting emails

or entering data.

● Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program

(e.g., Business, Communications, Administration).
