A Gurugram-based, technology-driven logistics and sustainable packaging startup transforming industrial supply chains through reusable packaging and asset-pooling solutions. The company leverages IoT, RFID tracking, and automation to help enterprises reduce packaging costs, improve operational efficiency, and minimize environmental impact. Backed by institutional investors, it serves leading enterprises across automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and other industries, with a growing pan-India presence.

The Role

- We are looking for a Finance Lead to own the finance function internally, alongside the existing accounts team and the fractional CFO.
- You will build FP&A; and cash flow planning, so the company knows where it will be six months from now with its current resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) for the company.
- Lead cash flow planning and forecast where the business will be six months out with current resources.
- Oversee the accounts execution team (two members) and ensure accurate, timely financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with Indian financial, tax and statutory requirements.
- Bring a data-driven lens to financial decisions and reporting for leadership.




- Work with the fractional CFO and gradually take internal ownership of the finance function.

What We're Looking For

- CA or MBA in Finance.
- Strong understanding of finance and Indian compliance.
- Hands-on experience running FP&A.;
- Experience in cash flow planning and forecasting.
- Strong data orientation.
