Role Description The Wealth Advisor will provide comprehensive financial guidance to individuals using Prosperr.io's platform and services. This full-time, in office role in Bengaluru involves assessing client financial situations, developing personalized financial, tax, and wealth strategies, and recommending suitable investment and retirement solutions aligned with their goals and risk profiles. The Wealth Advisor will conduct regular portfolio reviews, help clients optimize tax efficiency and cash flows, and ensure recommendations are compliant with relevant regulations.



The role includes educating clients on Prosperr.io products, collaborating with internal product and operations teams to refine offerings, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for all advisory activities. The Wealth Advisor is expected to deliver clear, empathetic communication and build long-term, trust-based relationships with a diverse client base.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design holistic, goal-based strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investments and Finance to analyze options, assess risk, and recommend suitable portfolios.
- Candidates should possess experience in Wealth Management Services to deliver end-to-end advisory, portfolio monitoring, and client relationship management.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using digital financial tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, accessible language.
- Demonstrated integrity, client-centric mindset, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all advisory activities.
