Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Coordinate office activities, facilities, and general administrative requirements.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other official documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, company events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 yrs. proven working experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in Dhivehi & English,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
