Grow Your Staff is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer(Customer Service & AI) for a company specializing in custom paintings. This is a full-time remote position.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be working directly with the client's team based in the US and helping customers bring their ideas to life through AI-generated painting mockups.

Experience required: 2-5 years

CTC: 4-6 LPA

Location: Remote

Time: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements, painting ideas, reference photos, and design preferences.
- Create customized painting mockups and visual concepts using AI image-generation tools and graphic design software.
- Work on image editing, composition, color adjustments, and other design refinements to ensure the mockups match customer expectations.
- Share initial designs with customers, gather feedback, and make revisions until final approval.
- Ensure accuracy, visual quality, and consistency across all mockups and designs.
- Communicate with customers through email and text to understand their requirements and provide updates throughout the design process.
- Maintain clear records of customer instructions, design changes, feedback, and approved mockups.
- Handle multiple design requests while ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Provide friendly, patient,



and professional customer support, particularly when handling meaningful or sentimental artwork.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure designs meet customer expectations and project requirements.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field. Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, including composition, color theory, image editing, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience using AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Personal experience is acceptable, and training will be provided.
- Familiarity with graphic design and image-editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and comprehension skills.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to translate customer ideas and reference images into visually appealing designs.
- Good written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand feedback, make design revisions, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative, patient, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
