We are looking for an experienced SAP PMO professional with 6–8 years of experience in managing and coordinating SAP projects in an offshore delivery environment. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, planning, monitoring, reporting, governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Greenfield SAP implementations, end-to-end SAP implementation projects, and application support engagements, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

6–8 years of experience in SAP PMO / SAP Project Coordination & SAP Greenfield implementation projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor SAP projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.

Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, and business teams.

Monitor resource allocation, utilization, and project timelines.

Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and action trackers.

Support project governance, documentation,



and reporting activities.

Coordinate with onsite and offshore stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Job Requirements

6–8 years of experience in SAP PMO / SAP Project Coordination.

Robust exposure to SAP Greenfield implementation projects.

Experience handling SAP rollout projects.

Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.

Experience working in an offshore delivery environment.

Knowledge of project planning, tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle and implementation methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project reporting tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP / PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management certification would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or a related field.
