Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships for Godrej Capital's financial products and services. The role includes engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their credit and finance needs, and recommending suitable solutions in line with company policies. The Relationship Officer will conduct regular follow-ups, support customers throughout the onboarding and documentation process, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements. Daily activities also involve tracking leads, achieving sales and portfolio targets,



maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The role requires proactive market outreach, participation in local networking or promotional activities, and ongoing relationship management to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, including stakeholder engagement and portfolio handling.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand credit products, risk parameters, and documentation requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, conversion, and achievement of revenue or volume targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, housing finance, or MSME lending will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
