- Plan, manage and execute civil construction activities for hotel projects.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.

- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Manage manpower, materials and construction resources efficiently.

- Identify project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.

- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

- Mandatory experience in hotel / hospitality projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution and site management.

- Positive coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple project activities independently.
