Insurance Accounting Lead (AR/AP/GL) ?

Experience:
10+ Years We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals to join our Insurance Accounting team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee Insurance Accounting processes across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support finance operations across multiple geographies.
• Drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls. Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong experience in AR, AP, GL, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.




• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant accounting expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Versatile to work in shifts aligned with business requirements. Additional Information

• This role is initially Work from Office. A hybrid model may be considered after 6-12 months based on business requirements and stabilization.
