Job Description
Trims
• Monitor and improve vehicle interior and exterior trim assembly processes.
• Ensure proper fitment of dashboard, seats, door trims, carpets, headliners, and related components.
• Troubleshoot fitment issues, gaps, flushness, squeaks, and rattles.
• Optimize operator methods, tooling, ergonomics, and assembly cycle time. Chassis
• Monitor chassis assembly operations, including suspension, axle, steering, brake, and wheel assembly.
• Ensure correct bolt tightening torque and fastening quality.
• Verify component alignment, fitment, and assembly sequence.
• Troubleshoot assembly defects and coordinate corrective actions with Quality and Maintenance teams. Final Assembly
• Monitor vehicle assembly processes and ensure compliance with work instructions.
• Coordinate installation and verification of major vehicle components.




• Support functional checks and resolve assembly-related defects.
