JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Picker / Packer Work Location: Mahadevapura, Bengaluru Salary: ■24,000 In-Hand per month Benefits: PF + ESIC Working Hours: 9 hours per shift Shift Schedule: 2 shifts Gender: Male candidates only Experience: Mandatory experience in e-commerce picking/packing; candidates from Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar companies preferred. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Pick products accurately according to order lists or scanner instructions. • Pack items safely and securely to prevent damage during handling and delivery. • Verify product names, quantities, SKUs, and order details before dispatch. • Scan items and update order status using warehouse systems or handheld devices, where applicable. • Sort and stage packed orders in the correct dispatch or delivery area. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the picking and packing area.



• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and shift instructions. • Report damaged, missing, or mismatched products and inventory discrepancies to the supervisor. • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while minimizing picking and packing errors. REQUIREMENTS • Prior work experience as a Picker / Packer in an e-commerce warehouse or fulfillment center is required. • Experience with Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar operations is preferred. • Ability to work in a rapid-paced warehouse environment and perform duties during assigned shifts. • Attention to detail, punctuality, and a responsible work attitude.
