Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager – Technical to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for managing MEP services, ensuring smooth facility operations, supervising maintenance teams and maintaining high standards of safety, service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of residential / commercial properties.

- Manage Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Supervise preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Monitor the performance of DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS systems, HVAC, lifts, pumps and fire-fighting systems.

- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of building infrastructure and utilities.

- Coordinate with facility management teams, vendors, contractors and service providers.

- Supervise technical staff, engineers and maintenance personnel.

- Handle technical complaints, breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.





- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards and maintenance procedures.

- Monitor maintenance budgets, vendor performance and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Maintain technical documentation, equipment records, inspection reports and maintenance schedules.

- Support property management in improving operational efficiency and customer / occupant satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical facility management / property management.

- BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience handling residential or commercial property operations.

- Solid knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical infrastructure and building utilities.

- Experience in vendor management, team supervision and maintenance planning.

- Knowledge of fire safety systems, lifts, DG sets, transformers and electrical panels.

- Strong troubleshooting, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and team management skills.
