About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help fashion brands, retailers, and e-commerce businesses discover and adopt our software solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, speaking with prospective customers, understanding their business needs, presenting relevant product solutions, and closing sales.

This is a work-from-home role suited to someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and enjoys selling technology that helps businesses grow online.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact prospective fashion brands, online retailers, boutiques, and e-commerce businesses.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, inbound inquiries, and other outreach channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to online selling, store management, inventory, order fulfillment, customer engagement, and digital growth.
- Conduct online product demonstrations through video calls.
- Explain product features, pricing, implementation process, and business value clearly.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with product, onboarding, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer objections to improve sales strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, e-commerce sales, or inside sales.




- Experience selling to fashion, retail, D2C, lifestyle, or e-commerce businesses is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, follow-ups, and conducting virtual product demos.
- Ability to understand business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Target-driven mindset with good negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, video conferencing tools, and sales communication platforms.
- Self-disciplined and able to manage daily work independently from home.
- A reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a professional remote-work setup.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling SaaS products, e-commerce platforms, ERP, CRM, POS, inventory, or fashion retail software.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, marketplaces, or other e-commerce systems.
- Existing contacts within fashion brands, retail businesses, or online sellers.
- Knowledge of digital commerce trends and challenges faced by fashion businesses.
