Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Executive / Shift Engineer – MEP to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems.

- Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing installations.

- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Troubleshoot technical faults and ensure minimum equipment downtime.

- Monitor DG sets, transformers, LT/HT panels, UPS systems and other electrical equipment.

- Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems, pumps, motors and other mechanical equipment.

- Supervise technicians and coordinate with maintenance teams.

- Maintain equipment maintenance records,



checklists and shift reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair activities.

- Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in MEP operations and maintenance.

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Hands-on experience in facility management and MEP maintenance.

- Valuable knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate with technical teams.

- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
