- Project Monitoring & Control
- Monitor and control upcoming OPGW projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of project objectives.
- Data Collection & Management Reporting
- Collect data from field teams and convert the same into meaningful information for management review and decision-making.
- MIS & Dashboard Development
- Design and maintain MIS reports and dashboards based on on-ground project activities, progress, and key performance indicators.
- Project Team Coordination
- Coordinate with various project teams to identify key concerns, track pending issues, and facilitate appropriate resolutions.
- Management Reporting & Reviews
- Prepare management reports in Excel and develop presentations for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly project review meetings.
- Partner Governance & Stakeholder Coordination




- Prepare schedules for partner governance meetings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely action.
- Gap Analysis & Root Cause Analysis
- Conduct gap analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of project performance with respect to defined project deliverables, milestones, and targets.
- PMO Tools & Process Improvement
- Develop knowledge of PMO tools and support their implementation to improve project monitoring, reporting, coordination, and overall operational efficiency.
- Analytical & Self-Driven Approach
- Demonstrate a self-driven, analytical, and result-oriented approach towards completing project activities and achieving project targets.
