1–3 years of manual software testing experience.
Experience or exposure to banking/trade-finance domain (LCs, guarantees, collections, etc.).
Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and best practices.
Good analytical, detail-oriented mindset and robust communication skills.
Ability to query databases (SQL) is a plus; test-management tools experience helpful.
Nice to Have:
Prior UAT or domain-specific exposure (trade finance instruments, SWIFT messaging).
Automation awareness (though role is manual-focus).
ISTQB (or equivalent) certification.
