Role: Testing & Automation Team Lead Experience: 8–12 Years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Pune Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end QA activities, including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting. Manage and mentor QA teams and oversee testing deliverables. Develop test strategies, test cases, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Handle defect management, troubleshooting, and resolution. Drive test automation, regression testing, and process improvements. Coordinate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and clients. Ensure testing quality and compliance with payment scheme standards. Support certification activities for payment networks. Mandatory Skills: Robust experience in card payment systems, including Visa and MasterCard.



Knowledge of authorization, clearing, and settlement processes. Experience in POS Acquiring (ISO 8583) and card issuing (Credit, Debit, Prepaid). Hands-on experience in testing lifecycle and defect management (JIRA). Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and Shell scripting. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and HP ALM. Strong team management and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to AMEX, JCB, and UPI payment schemes. PowerCard product experience. ISTQB or other testing certifications. Knowledge of Docker.
