Job Description:Business Title:Associate Technical ArchitectYears of Experience:8 to 12Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Associate Technical Architect to lead the design and development of customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), or other Salesforce clouds, and will have transitioned into working hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud.This role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, designing data models, and leading a team of developers to ensure successful delivery. The Associate Technical Architect will work closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and marketing stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic goals.Must-Have Skills:Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, unification, and activationStrong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction StudioExperience in designing and reviewing data models for customer data platformsExperience with EinsteinExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service CloudAbility to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designsProficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data connectorsStrong skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automationExperience in leading development teams, managing tasks, and ensuring delivery qualityFamiliarity with identity resolution, consent management, and data governanceGood-to-Have Skills:Exposure to Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Commerce CloudKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
