We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Transition Assistant Manager to join our energetic team. Managing all aspects of transition activities across to Dentsu markets. As an experienced Finance Transition AM, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the seamless transfer of services, processes, and responsibilities from one entity to another, maintaining strong communication channels, and managing the overall change process effectively.Excellent understanding of finance processes and finance BAU experience required to deliver the programs.Job Description:Job DescriptionProject Planning and CoordinationDevelop and execute comprehensive transition plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.Coordinate all aspects of the transition, including timelines, resources,



andmilestones.Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure a successful transition.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the main point of contact for customers throughout the transition process.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manageexpectations and provide regular updates.Address concerns and queries from customers promptly and professionally.Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and assess the impact of changes on customer operations, ensuring minimal disruption.Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate and detailed documentation of the transition process.Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlightingprogress and key performance indicators.Conduct post-transition reviews to gather feedback and identify areas forimprovement.Experience:Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance processesAtleast 3 -4 years experience in managing end to end transitions.Experience in a shared service / GCC would be idealLocation:BangaloreBrand:BcoeTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
