Job Description:Job title: Manager / Assistant Manager — Indirect & Direct TaxExperience: 7-10 Y Location: Mumbai, Goregaon This role will support Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management, Litigation working closely with Finance, Legal, and business units Key responsibilitiesGST filings and reconciliations: Prepare, review, and file periodic GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6, GSTR-9/9C as applicable); perform GST ledger reconciliations.Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM): Identify RCM exposures, compute liabilities, ensure timely payment and reporting.Refunds: Prepare refund claims, coordinate documentation, follow up with tax consultants for timely processing.Direct tax support: Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS compliance, and tax provisioning.Tax audits and notices: Support statutory and tax audits; draft responses to notices and coordinate with external counsel/consultants.Regulatory monitoring: Keep updated with changes in indirect and direct tax laws; implement process changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.Cross‑functional collaboration: Liaise with finance,



legal, procurement, and business teams to optimize tax outcomes.Global Tax: Support in compliance and litigation of US/ UK TaxesTransfer Pricing/ International Tax: Support in preparation of Transfer pricing related compliances, litigation and advisoryRequired qualifications and skillsQualification: CA with strong tax experience especially GST.Experience: Strong experiencein corporate/ indirect tax or CA firm handling GST, RCM, refunds, and tax audits.Technical skills: Proficient with GSTN portal, ERP, Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations).Soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to explain tax impact and requirements to non‑tax teams.Attributes: Detail‑oriented, deadline driven, and able to work under audit timelines.Good to have skill: Transfer Pricing and International tax skill/ US Tax knowledgeLocation:DGS India - Mumbai - Thane Ashar IT ParkBrand:DentsuTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
