Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline. • Minimum 58 years of relevant Control Systems engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within EPC, FEED, engineering consultancy, or system integration environments. • Experience in tendering, proposal engineering, technical compliance assessment, or technical procurement evaluation is highly desirable. • Familiarity with offshore facilities, FPSO, gas processing plants, LNG facilities, or other Oil & Gas production facilities. • Practical experience with DCS/ICSS, ESD, FGS, and associated package interfaces. • Working knowledge of IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 functional safety standards. • Experience preparing Control Systems technical specifications, technical requisitions, I/O summaries, compliance matrices, and Technical Bid Evaluations. • Familiarity with Telecom, Machine Monitoring Systems, RTUs, and third-party package control systems. • Good technical writing, analytical, communication, and coordination skills. • Ability to interpret complex client specifications and translate them into transparent technical requirements for tendering and procurement
