Job Overview

We are looking for a Cost Controller to manage inventory valuation, inventory aging, virtual warehouse reconciliation, product costing, and financial control for an e-commerce business handling 250+ SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, and reconciliation across virtual warehouses and marketplace fulfillment centers.
- Prepare inventory aging reports and identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock.
- Manage SKU-level product costing, landed cost calculations, COGS, and cost variance analysis.
- Monitor inventory value, product profitability, gross margins, and working capital.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, cost leakages, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare MIS reports covering inventory aging,



product costs, stock valuation, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate ERP records and coordinate with finance, sourcing, and operations teams.

Requirements

- 6+ years of relevant experience in cost control, inventory management, product costing, or inventory accounting.
- Solid knowledge of inventory valuation, aging, virtual warehouse reconciliation, landed costing, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; Zoho Inventory/Books experience is preferred.
- E-commerce, Amazon marketplace, or product-based industry experience is preferred.
