We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and delivering a solid candidate experience for our Client.

Work Timings : 9 AM TO 6 PM

Please note that 2nd and 4th Saturday will be off.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database and build a strong talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions
- Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database, and provide regular hiring updates
- Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HRMS updates
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities
- Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations,



and office events to foster a positive work culture
- Implement and drive innovative and creative employer branding initiatives through social media, LinkedIn, careers page, employee stories, and culture showcases to enhance company visibility
- Ensure effective employee communication and support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and retention

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with hands-on experience in hiring for multiple engineering roles and non IT Roles.
- Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain the database, prepare report and present to the management team.
- Ability to travel within Mumbai
