DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ownership and accountability of functional level SG&A; in collaboration with functional teams
- Review and align with the stakeholders and presentations to the leadership
- Collaborate closely with controlling teams to analyze variances, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely submission of closing files
- Compile, consolidate, and review monthly Business Performance Management (BPM) reports across all manufacturing plants and business functions
- Reconcile & analyze financial reports across different business functions, drive process improvement
- Forecasting & planning the cash & working capital forecast of the company

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP:

- Analysis of cost lines & drive the right decision making
- Run a robust process governance & control on cost line items of the SG&A;
- Preparation of Investor relations presentations
- Collaboration with Controlling and Commercial teams to understand P&L; drivers, deviations and to build forecasts

BUSINESS CASE ASSESSMENT:

- Financial evaluation of investments through creating business cases and support in alignment and approval governance

OTHERS:

- Lead and drive process automations and financial controls in the department
