Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough investigation and communication with providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to claims processing, payment posting, and patient statements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- This is a work from office role.
Job Requirements :
- 1.9-4 years of experience in AR Calling or similar role in US Healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
