We are looking for experienced Field Service Engineers to join our Service Team.

Locations:
• Mohali, Punjab (Chandigarh)
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and commissioning of medical equipment.
• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Handle servicing, maintenance and hardware/software updates.
• Provide remote technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate technical issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Eligibility & Requirements:
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation or relevant field.
• Experience: 3-7 years in the medical devices/healthcare industry.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of medical equipment.

Product Segment: Ophthalmic Diagnostic & Surgical Instruments.

Maximum Salary: Up to 8 LPA
