Role & responsibilities

What you will do

- Initial review and documentation of card scheme mandates, and recording mandates in

the Solutions confluence area.

- Use Planet A.I. to assess initial impact of mandates against the Planet knowledge base

and github repositories. Highlight relevant findings against new mandate requests from

the schemes.

- Help identify impacted planet teams for mandate delivery and effectively record associated impact as part of mandate solution requirements
- Keeping solutions confluence area up to date as we progress through the delivery

lifecycle.

- Assist the solution compliance SMEs in:
- Producing clear system landscapes and technical requirements for the delivery

domains.

- Keeping solutions confluence area up to date as we progress through the

delivery lifecycle.

- Build knowledge of common mandate patterns (Interchange) and perform initial

solution creation for SME review.

- Work with our compliance, delivery and development teams to ensure effective delivery

of work.





What you should know expect to learn

- General knowledge of the payments industry.
- Knowledge of major schemes acquirer processing (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, UPI, Diners

& Discover).

- Knowledge of Gateway processing platforms.
- Knowledge of Acquiring authorisation.
- Knowledge of Acquiring interchange.
- Knowledge of Acquiring clearing.
- Ability to interpret A.I. responses e.g. previous related documentation, application code

and use Planets knowledge base to assess mandate impact delivery expectations.

Who you are

- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
- Hold a third level IT or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Robust analysis and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of payments, processes tools and methodologies
- Willingness to seek out and learn from more senior team members
